1. Load Body
Mass of the Load body is reduced to 91.75 Kgs from 102.9 Kgs, it shows 10.8 percentage. ( i.e 11.15 kgs) mass reduction.
NVH and Durability Performance of the Optimized Load Body is better than current Production model for all the load cases.
2. Battery Tray Single/ Twin Batteries
The existing 12 variants were converted into only 3 variants.
30% of weight reduction with improved NVH and Durability Performance
3. Pedal Assembly (Sheet metal to plastic)
Sheet metal Bracket changed to plastic type bracket.
Achieved more than 25% of cost reduction without disturbing customer constraints, functionality & testing requirements
