Tool Room

Design Engineering and Tool Manufacturing

Tool room is equipped with latest CAD CAM facility to design big size sheet metal press tools, assembly and welding fixtures, inspection gauges, panel checkers etc.
For manufacturing press tools, there is ultra-modern Tool Room equipped with Hartford CNC vertical milling machine. Which can manufacture tools up to 2.5m x 4.0 m in size. Tool manufacturing is also supported by TAL’s computerized milling center, wire-cut machine, horizontal boring machine. Tool tryouts are supported by two spotting presses of (4m x 2.5 m) bed size.


Prototype Manufacturing

Prototype manufacturing is key for business success, we understand the requirements of customer to simulate there products by manufacturing prototypes for design validation. In order to fulfill the prototype requirement, we have got the world class tool room facility. The critical component’s prototypes are manufacture faster and first time right which undergoes for static and dynamic testing. We have dedicated prototype manufacturing team which always deliver the prototype on time for all our product ideas and innovations and also help to get them into production.


Mass Manufacturing

We have the best presses, tool machines and CAD / CAM facilities to design and manufacture big size sheet metal dies. With the help of these equipment items for development, process planning, tool designing, tool manufacturing and for production, are taken up, offering a complete range right from concept, design to final production schedule.Customized to the requirements of the client, as per their drawings / samples provided, various operations on metal sheets (pre-cut to strips as per requirement of jobs) like blanking, bending, trimming, forming, piercing, etc. are carried out with appropriate dies loaded and set in the required size and capacity. The components that require welding are sent to the welding shop for welding and assembly. There is a quality check at every level and before final dispatch. All processes are completed as per the Quality Plan for each Component as specified by the ISO/TS 16949:2002 Standards for Quality and Processes.
