1. Autoline Design Software Limited, Pune, India (ADSL):
In March, 2006, Our Company acquired 51% stake in Autoline Design Software Limited (formerly known as Dimensions Engineering Software Services Pvt. Ltd) a multifaceted, end –to-end Engineering Solutions Company that offers business solutions for manufacturing organizations worldwide. The remaining 49% stake was acquired in the year 2007 thus making it wholly owned subsidiary of Our Company. With this acquisition, Our Company’s proposition to its customers improved as a provider of engineering-design, tooling services and mass- manufacturing capabilities that can continually innovate through process engineering, re-engineering and re-tooling to improve manufacturing efficiency.

2.Autoline Industrial Parks Limited, Pune, India :(AIPL)
In February, 2008, Autoline and SCIDC (Sharjah Cement & Industrial Development Co. UAE), formed a Joint Venture in the name of Autoline Industrial Parks Limited (subsidiary of “Autoline”). The purpose of the Joint Venture is to set up and develop SEZs / industrial parks/ Special townships. The Company has contracted for 125 Acres of land out of which approximately 102 Acres of land has already been acquired till date in Chakan, Pune the fastest growing industrial hub in Maharashtra. The domestic demand for residential and commercial activity in Chakan has picked up given the fact that Volkswagen with 500 acres, Mercedes Benz with 150 acres, Mahindra & Mahindra with 750 acres, General Motors with 300 acres, Bajaj Auto Ltd. with 400 acres, Hyundai with 100 acres and other multinational companies like Bridgestone (tyres) and GE have started their units. All these companies are located within two km radius from 102 acres of land owned by AIPL. The site is situated in the centre of all industrial activity in Chakan’s Auto Hub, opposite Bajaj Auto Limited, on the proposed 8 lane Ahmednagar Talegaon Road and further to JNPT / Mumbai.

3.Nuvent Technologies Private Limited, Chennai, India : (Nuvent)
In December, 2007, Our Company acquired 51% stake in Nuvent based in Chennai which is the off shore Development Centre of DEP Autoline LLC, USA (subsidiary of Autoline). It is working as a supportive software development services centre to DEP Autoline LLC. USA. The stake of Autoline Industries Limited was reduced from 51% to 40% with effect from 01st April, 2011.

4.DEP Autoline LLC, USA : (DEP Autoline)
In May, 2007, Autoline acquired 51% stake in DEP Autoline LLC, USA (formerly known as Detroit Engineered Products, Inc. USA). “DEP Autoline” is a Michigan, Detroit based engineering consulting and software products Company focused on developing and providing high-end full vehicle engineering solutions through a suite of proprietary software tools kits and products. The high end design engineering capabilities will enable Our Company to reposition as one of the most technologically competent solutions provider in the world. Consequently the stake of Autoline Industries Limited was reduced from 51% to 40% with effect from 01st April, 2011.

5.Autoline Industries, Inc, Butler, Indiana, USA :
In December, 2007, Our Company acquired 100% manufacturing operations, business and associated assets of the jack and tool kit business of Dura Automotive Systems INC, USA (a USD 2 Million Company) located at Butler, Indiana, USA. It produces automotive bottle jacks, scissor jacks and related products for automotive jack tool kits. The jack and tool kit business capabilities also include metal stamping, powder coat paint and assembly. With this acquisition Our Company has acquired a 1,40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility (on 17.64 acres of land) near Fort Wayne (the birthplace of automotive body-works in the United States) with Seven modern transfer presses ranging from 200 tons to 1000 tons, state of the art painting and assembly lines, as well as eight US patents, and over 30 proprietary designs for Jacks and tool-kit products. During 2008-09, Our Company was able to acquire sophisticated pedals business alongwith the machinery and equipments from one of the world’s leading pedal manufacturer’s North American Unit which closed down and move it to merge with the Jacks business at Butler facility. With this acquisition of pedals business alongwith key personnel, your Company now offers this capacity to leading Automobile OEMs across the world.Our Company through Autoline Industries Inc. USA, established and started operations by the name of Autoline Stampings Limited in South Korea, to support a Global Small Car Program of OEMs.

6.Koderat Investments Limited, Cyprus – (Koderat)

In September 2008, Our Company acquired 100% stake in Koderat Investments Limited “Koderat” (making it Wholly Owned Subsidiary), a Company incorporated and existing under the laws of Cyprus; acting as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Further "Koderat" acquired 49% equity share capital of "SZ Design S.r.l.", and "Zagato S.r.l", Italian limited liability companies, Milan. “Koderat” has the right to increase its shareholding in the above Companies to 60%".
