Autoline’s operations are complete, with the latest facilities, including in-house tool designing, toolings and automated manufacturing facilities using advanced robotics.
We have the best presses, tool machines and CAD / CAM facilities to design and manufacture big size sheet metal dies. With the help of these equipment items for development, process planning, tool designing, tool manufacturing and for production, are taken up, offering a complete range right from concept, design to final production schedule.
Every manufacturing facility has a tool room attached. Besides, there is an ultra-modern Tool Room equipped with Hartford CNC Vertical Milling centre, TAL’s Computerised Milling Centre, Wire-cut Machine, Horizontal Boring Machine and host of other supporting tooling machinery to take care of even the large size dies. This is supported by an 8 station Designing Set up with the latest Hardware and Software backed by CAD/ CAM facilities for optimum utililization of tool room machinery. The Company thus has set up World class facilities for maintenance of sophisticated Dies given by the OEMs which has given an impetus to further orders from them. Autoline has made sophisticated large sized Dies up to 3 meters, for in-house production and on orders from clients.
