Quality Policy

We are committed to enhance customer satisfaction by always providing right quality products as per customer specified requirements, at competitive prices.
This is ensured by continually improving the effectiveness of Quality Management System and upgrading the knowledge of all our employees through creativity and innovation.

Quality objectives
Quality Objectives are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.
Quality Objectives are set within the framework of Quality Policy and consistent with Quality Policy.


Quality objectives are :

  • To ensure< 100 customer PPM
  • To achieve >90 % customer satisfaction level
  • To reduce in-house rejection PPM to less than 1000 PPM
  • To implement ISO/TS 16949:2002 QMS  certification by October 2005
  • To reduce total production down-time percentage to 7 %.
  • To improve production efficiency to more than 75 %
